💰 Política de Devolución y Reembolso
En Mendoza Gordils Accounting, LLC, valoramos la confianza de nuestros clientes y buscamos garantizar claridad en nuestros procesos. Por esta razón, establecemos la siguiente política aplicable a todos los servicios contratados:
Servicios comenzados:No se ofrecerán reembolsos una vez el servicio haya comenzado, incluyendo la recopilación de información, análisis o cualquier trabajo administrativo previo a la entrega.
Servicios no comenzados:Se podrá emitir un reembolso del 50% únicamente para servicios que no hayan sido iniciados y antes de la cita inicial o llamada de consultoría.
Servicios completados o entregados:Una vez el servicio haya sido brindado y entregado al cliente, no aplicará ningún tipo de devolución o reembolso.
Confirmación de servicio:Toda cita tiene el propósito de confirmar el alcance del servicio y las necesidades del cliente. Antes de comenzar, el cliente deberá llenar y firmar el formulario provisto para confirmar su aceptación de los términos del servicio.
Esta política busca proteger el tiempo, la preparación técnica y los costos administrativos asociados a cada gestión contable.
💰 Refund and Return Policy
At Mendoza Gordils Accounting, LLC, we value our clients’ trust and strive for transparency in every process. The following policy applies to all contracted services:
Services already started:No refunds will be issued once a service has started, including any stage of information collection, analysis, or administrative work prior to delivery.
Services not yet started:A 50% refund may be issued only for services not yet initiated and requested before the initial appointment or consultation call.
Completed or delivered services:Once a service has been performed and delivered to the client, no refunds or returns will be provided.
Service confirmation:Each appointment is intended to confirm the scope of work and ensure the client’s understanding. Before beginning any service, the client must complete and sign the provided form confirming acceptance of the terms.
This policy exists to protect the time, technical preparation, and administrative costs associated with each accounting service.
